Unexpected Promotion to 7th

Written by Por Noster at 10:15 3/10-2013

In order to get into shape for Mesocco and Bräcke next weekend, six riders of team Por Noster rode the Zyte GP of Bolzano. Though intended as a training race, Por Noster managed to secure 2nd (newly hired Seavey), 4th (Martens) and 8th place (Garibay), collecting 28points for the OCM ranking, which now (just) puts them in division 7.

'I told them it was only a training race for the team and to go for their own chances, and that is what they did,' said an exstatic manager Task. 'I am happy for the team to be promoted to 7th division, but also realise that we might be relegated even before the weekend. We still have two important races in 8th division coming up, so it will be only after Mesocco and Bräcke that we really now where the team will be.'

Meanwhile, local authorities have noted the positive developments of the team and have decided to give some financial support.

That's a nice bonus! Seavey doing immediately his work. Good luck in division 7. I think your team will definitely be competitive there.
